ABOUT JASON LITT
Like many, I was lured into the horse business by my father Howard Litt, an avid owner, breeder and race fan of over fifty years. I received my B.A. from UC Berkeley and my M.S. from Wake Forest University before embarking on my career in the horse business. I moved to Kentucky in 2000 and worked at Taylor Made farm for a year, working with mares, yearlings and foals at major auctions. I worked the next two years with the veterinary practice of Dr. Cheney, Dr. Northrop and Dr. Landry in Kentucky, New York and Florida and was around the top trainers and horses on the east coast. I then spent seven years with Three Chimneys farm performing all duties of a bloodstock agent as well as, stallion syndication, portfolio management and client recruitment. I started Litt Bloodstock in 2009 with the goal of offering a full service bloodstock agency with an emphasis on purchasing and managing top racing and breeding portfolios. I have been fortunate to be able to work with dedicated and driven clients that have enabled me to develop and enhance their racing and breeding stock.
